BASIC SECURITY TRAINING:

We have our in-house training facilities at the Bangalore palace Grounds. 

The recruited persons are put through physical and class room trainings on every conceivable aspect of “Security” the Training syllabi has been designed by our trainees and in the line with the current and future requirements of the growing security industry in India. The instructions at the training academy are ex-servicemen. 

Basic Training is imparted on:

1. Drill & Discipline

2. Security documentation and reception duties.

3. Turn out (uniform and accessories)

4. Etiquette and safety

5. Fire and Safety

6. First aid and Emergency response.

7. Mob and emergency response

8. Assist in the evocation of premises

9. Manage disorderly conduct & threatening behaviour

10. Conduct security screening (equipment based) of Persons.

12. Perform security operations within legal framework.

13. Communication and relationship management.

PUNCTUALITY :

Under the rules and regulations of our company, all security personnel posted to your locations.

Must be present at the site 15 minutes before the actual time in order to get a thorough run down from the outgoing shift.

Both the incoming guards and the outgoing guards must handover charge in an orderly way so that there is no confusion at a later time.

The security guard must mandatory call the branch office to talk with field officer in the event that there is a dire personal emergency.

 We do not tolerate any dishonesty and games in our business.

Every guard has access to a telephone or mobile to enable them to talk with the branch office in case there is absenteeism in the next shift.
